The My Tech Designer platform is for the exclusive use of builders who are using HomeRun Electronics as their low-voltage contractor for this designed project and address. This completed options list will be submitted to your builder for inclusion in your new home agreement as an addendum.

Because of the many options available for telephone, television, and internet service providers, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring the cabling you approve within this design will meet your needs. Your submittal of this design also implies an acceptance of outlet and device placement on the floorplan.

Occasionally, your builder may alter the floorplan affecting the placement of wiring or devices. Our system may automatically update your project to reflect these changes.

You also acknowledge that we will use best efforts to place devices in those locations, subject to electrical outlet(s) being located nearby as appropriate, straight studs are present, that there is room in the stud bay, and no obstacles exist such as plumbing or air returns.

Your approval also indicates that this design fully documents the understanding of the work to be performed and supersedes any previous written or verbal communication.

Please note that we reserve the right to substitute product of equal or greater value in the event of backorder or discontinuation.
